Through our partnership with Manfred, we've expanded our talent pool to over 80,000 active candidates, making us Spain's largest tech community and one of the most significant in Europe.
Our new paid per job posting model costs €250/month per job posted. This fee gives you access to our extensive talent pool, our matching platform, and the ability to attract high-quality talent swiftly and effectively.
To express our gratitude for your trust in Circular, we're offering a special 40% discount on each job you post, which reduces the cost to €150/month per job offer. This exclusive and limited offer is a unique opportunity to experience our new model at a reduced price.

Will candidates apply?
Absolutely. Our vast and continuously growing talent pool includes 80,000 active job seekers who are constantly searching for new opportunities. They're ready to apply to positions that align with their skills and experiences, guaranteeing applications for your job offers.
Will I receive a response?
We're proud of our 60% response rate, reflecting our commitment to improving our talent pool. More than half the time, you can expect a response when you reach out to a candidate from the Circular community.
How long does the hiring process take?
The duration varies based on your dedication. If you can spend about 15 minutes a day on this task, you should complete the hiring process within 2 to 3 weeks. However, commitment and dedication are key. If you can't dedicate time to the process, it might take considerably longer.
What about my free open positions?
You have a 15-day period to upgrade to a paid per job offer plan. If you don't upgrade, your offer will automatically close. For your current open free positions, we're offering a 40% discount to facilitate the transition to the new payment plan.
Will my offers be published on Manfred?
No, your offers won't directly appear on Manfred. But, your offers may be promoted through their social media channels, including X and LinkedIn, and on Telegram, which boasts a community of 17,000 candidates viewing offers on a daily basis.
How do you ensure candidate quality?
All Circular candidates need a recommendation to join our network, ensuring only high-quality candidates make your shortlist. Our network benefits from this recommendation effect, as candidates are vetted and recommended by internal recruiters.
How can Circular expedite my hiring process?
Our automatic matching system delivers quality candidates as soon as you post your offer. Plus, our integration with ATS lets you control candidate entry to your offers with a single click from your usual tool.
