An intro to the report. Joppy and Circular have teamed up to produce an in-depth report on Tech Recruitment trends for 2024. While it might seem unusual for competitors to collaborate, we realised that by pooling our resources, we could access a broader and more diverse network than if we were to do it alone. We believe in collaboration over competition, especially when it comes to shaping the future, we reached out to tech professionals and in-house recruiters from both our circles to get a well-rounded view of what's going on in the industry.

This report goes beyond mere statistics; it captures the real-world views of those actively involved in tech recruitment. This report explores a range of topics, from workplace demographics and economic forecasts to hiring shifts, salary trends, and sought-after employee benefits, while also exploring the evolving roles of AI and remote work policies in the tech sector.
