In February 2024, we shared some exciting news about Circular joining the Sngular family alongside Manfred. Today, we're announcing the next step in our evolution: as of December 31, 2024, Circular will be fully integrating with Manfred under the Sngular Talent division.
Since our inception, Circular has been dedicated to revolutionizing the tech recruitment landscape. Our community-driven approach, focused on referrals and creating meaningful connections between tech professionals and companies, has helped shape a more efficient and human-centric recruiting world.

Why This Change?
When Circular joined forces with Manfred under the Sngular umbrella, we saw an opportunity to create something even more powerful. By combining Circular's innovative platform and recruiter community with Manfred's comprehensive tech talent services, we've created Spain's largest tech recruiting community and one of Europe's most significant.
After months of careful consideration and planning, we've decided that the best way to serve our community is to fully integrate our services with Manfred. This integration will allow us to offer enhanced solutions for both tech professionals and companies.
What This Means for Our Community
For Tech Professionals
Your data and profile will be securely transferred to Manfred's platform (with your consent), where you'll gain access to a more comprehensive career management platform. You'll have enhanced control over your professional data, access to a broader range of personalized job opportunities, and improved tools for showcasing your skills and experience.
For Companies and Recruiters
You'll benefit from access to an even larger pool of qualified tech talent, along with specialized recruiting services for all types of tech and product roles. Our more agile hiring processes with high-quality candidate matching will continue, complemented by additional services including employer branding and HR consulting.
The transition will happen gradually over the coming months, with Circular's platform continuing to operate until December 31, 2024. This ensures a smooth transition for all our users and clients.
While this marks the end of Circular as a standalone platform, it represents an exciting new beginning. By joining forces with Manfred, we're creating a more powerful, comprehensive solution for the tech talent ecosystem.
